Returns & Refunds

- If you wish to return an item you must do so within 1 month of purchase and the item must be unopened and in it's original packaging.

- If the item is opened, we are unable to issue a full refund except under certain circumstances. Please contact us in order to determine if your item is eligible for refund.

- If you purchased the item in damaged condition or there are missing inclusions, please reach out to us for information on what can be done :)

- we are happy to take any donations of albums (opened or unopened), inclusions, posters, photocards, or k-pop goods you wish to re-home.
