Shipping policy
All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis and are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note that Oppang Kpop Store online fulfillment days are Monday-Thursday, any orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin to be fulfilled the following Monday.
Once the shipping label is created, the email used to place the order will recieve a message with the tracking information listed.
For pre-order items, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the product to reach us following the initial release date in Korea should no unexpected delays occur. If you pre-order a product with an item that is already in stock, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item(s) have been processed and stocked.
Please be advised that a variety of factors such as heavy influxes of orders, multiple groups releasings albums at the same time, shipment delays from the manufacturer, holidays, etc. may cause unexpected delays in shipment processing times. We ask for your patience when these situations occur, and we will try our best to communicate any delays with our customers and get your items shipped out as soon as possible.
If the shipping address you provide us is incorrect, we are not responsible should the item be returned to us. Upon the item returning to us, we will contact you to verify your shipping address, and you will be charged the shipping fee a second time. If a package gets forwarded back to us due to an incorrect address, but gets lost in the mail, Oppang Kpop Store is not liable.
If you would like to change your shipping address before the order has been fulfilled, please contact us at contact@oppangkpop.com. Modifications to the shipping address are unable to be processed once the order has been processed and the shipping label has been printed. Oppang Kpop Store is not liable for any orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or residents absent from the home at the time of delivery.
Once an order has been delivered, Oppang Kpop Store is not liable for any items lost or stolen. Should you find that an item is missing or stolen please check with your neighbors to ensure that the carrier didn’t misplace the item, or call your local post office to see if they may have your missing package. If neither of these options work, contact the shipping carrier to file a case. We are unable to assist you with finding your order once it has been delivered.
